Exotic spice rack and vanilla bean aromatics with background notes of ripe raspberry and black fruit. Luscious flavors of blueberry pie. Full bodied, finishes long with lingering after notes of spice and black fruit.
Whole berry destemming, 4 - 5 day cold soak, punch downs 3 times per day, 100% stem inclusion. Native yeast fermentation in small open top one ton fermenters. Total skin contact 24 days. Barrel aged 20 months in 35% new French oak. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
